News just came down the wire that Patric Hornqvist will be out for the next 3-4 weeks with a sprained knee:

So what now for the Predators?
First, check out this morning’s pre-game for what I felt the Predators could do to increase scoring.
Secondly, will Nashville look towards a possible re-union with Jason Arnott, who just failed his physical with New York after signing a 1 year contract with them?
Maybe a short-term call up from Milwaukee in the form of a Taylor Beck, Michael Latta, , Kevin Henderson, or even Austin Watson?
Perhaps Nashville’s offense steps up in Hornqvist’s absence and there is no need for a call-up/signing?
Whatever the case is, tonight will be their first test without him.

Arnott failed his physical with NYR? If that’s the case, wouldn’t he fail the physical for any team? Nashville could use a top line center. I don’t know if Arnott is the guy for that job, but he would help score some goals. If given the chance, I bet he could contribute at least 10 over the next 40 games. We’ll see how many Predators his double digits in this shortened schedule.
I thought I had a good question. Was hoping for an answer. If Arnott failed his physical with NYR, wouldn’t he fail it with anybody?
Hey Terry! Sorry for the wait on the reply. You’re right, he WOULD fail it with another team unless he were to correct the issue, which I’m sure he will before he signs with anyone else. A failed physical could be for any reason, but the player has to and will correct that issue before he signs with anyone else
